These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bl888 ("bl888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bl888 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at bl888.one (the "Platform").

To access the full features of the bl888 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all bl888 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) bl888 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bl888 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bl888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the bl888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. bl888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bl888 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. bl888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your bl888 account. bl888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. bl888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• bl888 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• bl888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

bl888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bl888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Modification: bl888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the bl888 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures. bl888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bl888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bl888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bl888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bl888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your bl888 Login credentials.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond bl888's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

bl888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bl888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, bl888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your bl888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

bl888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bl888 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bl888 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to gaming operations and regulatory compliance, bl888 operates in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
